Inconel 625 Flanges
Inconel 625 Flanges exhibits excellent fatigue strength. It is non-magnetic in nature. Adding to this, they operate across wide range of temperatures from cryogenic to 2000° F. This material is also popular for resisting hot sea water and reduced acids. It also offers excellent fabricability.
Different Inconel 625 Flanges, such as Alloy 625 Slip Flanges, are manufactured under the ASTM B564 specification for nickel alloys, Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy flanges. Dimensions range from 1/2 inches to 60 inches. The working principle of a UNS N06625 BLRF Flange is that it closes a connection, and the raised face offers an extra surface for either welding or bolting. They conform to ANSI, ASME B16.5, B16.47, and other standards.
The Alloy 625 Flanges are defined by various pressure classes, such as from 150 to 2500 and from PN6 through PN64, amongst others. Some flanges have certain kinds of applications where they best serve, just like the ASME SB564 Alloy 625 Orifice Flange. These include condensers in pulp, paper industries, petrochem, pharma, specialty chemicals, power generation, offshore oil drilling, gas processing, and heat exchangers. The ASTM B564 UNS N06625 RTJ Flange is a ring-type joint flange that provides two halves joined to the pipes by welding.
