Inconel 718 Wires

Sankalp Alloys Overseas offers critically acclaimed Inconel 718 Wires to clients worldwide. We are a well-known Manufacturer, Supplier, Stockist, and Exporter of these wires in every demanded specification, standard, thickness, dimension, length, size, and shape. Besides, custom requirements on the basis of our clients' particular application requirement will also be entertained.

Inconel 718 wires are one of the fine products that find applications in an array of industries with excellent properties attributed to them. Inconel 718 was primarily developed to resist harsh conditions, particularly those related to crevice and pitting corrosion. It is manufactured from an alloy of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum. Other critical properties attributed to this alloy are high creep rupture, excellent ductility, and exceptional yield strength, that make it an excellent material for high-temperature applications.

Our Inconel 718 Wires work excellently at cryogenic temperatures up to 1200°F. The addition of niobium to this alloy imparts a characteristic that permits this alloy to age harden without spontaneous hardening due to heating and cooling. This combination of strengthening due to niobium and molybdenum additions facilitates easy hardening and welding, thus making heat treatment obsolete. This makes the alloy suitable for manufacturing under different conditions, such as precipitation hardening. All of the above features make Inconel 718 be considered a superalloy.

These Inconel 718 products find applications in harsh environments, notably in chemical processing, pollution control equipment, and related equipment in marine engineering and nuclear reactors. Aerospace industries are also long-listed along with various other uses. Our INCONEL 718 Wires possess high impact strength and ductility and resist chloride; they can bear temperatures between 982°F and 1800°F. They will completely resist attacks from chlorides, sulfides, carbon dioxide, and pitting in aggressive environments.

All our products under different categories undergo rigorous tests to verify their suitability for such demanding conditions. Our tests go with international standards; they include hardness, impact testing, PMI-positive material identification, tensile test, micro, macro, intergranular corrosion tests, flaring tests, flattening tests, and many more. Testing comes as an instinct of quality at Sankalp Alloys Overseas.
