Stainless Steel 304L Pipes & Tubes
Sankalp Alloys Overseas is one of the prime Manufacturers, Suppliers, Stockists, and Exporters of 304L stainless steel pipes available in India, serving industries at various levels. Due to an extra-low carbon content in our SS 304L pipes and tubes, almost the same level they add to tolerance against corrosion as SS 304, but with improved resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Stainless steel 304 is an American ASTM specification, with the Japanese standard being SUS 304 for the said material. Conforming to UNS S30403, these 304L Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes can be welded at greater thicknesses than 304 and can be subject to prolonged heating in the range of above 500°C without subsequent solution heat treatment.

Our WNR 1.4306 pipes are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes and are carefully crafted according to domestic and international raw material quality standards. SS 304 – Chromium-Nickel alloy, containing a minimum of 18% chromium, 8% nickel content gives its best performance due to the present constituents. Sankalp Alloys Overseas offers SS 304L Seamless Pipes of lengths and diameters as per the specific needs of every client at reasonable market prices. Further, the SS 304L Welded Tubes are constructed to meet the exact piping requirements of clients so that the level of quality and reliability is up to the mark.
Our product distribution process is carefully designed and includes wooden crates, plastic containers, and packed steel strips as per customer orders. The outer finishes of Stainless Steel 304L pipes, such as Hot Rolled, Cold Drawn, Mirror Paint, and Matt Polish, are made as per the demand of the consumers. Available conditions for which it can be supplied include Annealed and Pickled, Polished, Bright Annealed or Cold Drawn.
Other names for 304L include Stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4307. This grade is considered the most versatile and widely used all-purpose type of stainless steel. It's still commonly called 18/8 to indicate its nominal composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, and type 304 remains one of the most widely used corrosion-resistant alloys in various industries.
SS 304L is a low Carbon grade of the universal 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. This added advantage allows for extensive welds without localized corrosion. This property is because of its lowered carbon content, which brings about reduced intergranular corrosion and minimizes carbide precipitation during welding processes.
